CrossFit Group Classes
Small but perfectly formed! Due to Covid restrictions class sizes are limited to a maximum of 4 people, but on the upside you get a much more personalised training experience. We offer seven classes a day during the week and three a day on the weekend.
Each class combines strength training with a full CrossFit cardio workout. Every workout is different so you will constantly be challenging yourself. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level, so the sessions are suitable for any level of fitness but help you get maximum results. Every workout is coached by an experienced, CrossFit certified trainer to ensure you are performing every movement correctly. This not only keeps you safe but ensures you get the most out of every session.
