WHAT IS IT? Power pump is a strength & conditioning class where you use a barbell to perform static movements with the added intensity of weight. The bar weight is set to personal preference but is not heavy as the class focusses on high repetition to pumping music! You won’t get hench but you will get defined! WHEN IS IT? This 45minute class runs Tuesday 1-1:45pm and Thursday 11-11:45am and is perfect to get a sweat on during your work lunch break. HOW DO I BOOK?
