Cross-fit Olympic lifting level 1 course



Delighted to complete my cross fit and weightlifting course. Here I am (second from right). This was to enhance my skill set and increase my knowledge whilst maintain my continuous professional development.


We covered:

  • A deep dive into Olympic lifting techniques from a coaching perspective covering both snatch and clean and jerk.

  • Accessory exercises for stronger lifts.

  • Coaching method.

  • Burgener warm-up.
