If you need a gentle start to show you what you need to do, how to move well and learn the science behind our methodology, then look no further.
You get 6 themed sessions all on a different aspect of CrossFit, plus an introduction to all the essential exercises we use to maintain a good standard of health and fitness regardless of age, ability and fitness level. After the 6 sessions you get two weeks of unlimited sessions (choose from 7 per day). The whole month of fitness and tuition costs just £85.
