Providing Everything You Need
When we meet with you on our “Taster Sessions” we will establish what your goals are and tailor your experience with CrossFit Buntingford to suit your needs. We will advise on things such as diet, scaling options, progressions and movements. All in a days work for our coaches.
You can book a FREE taster session whether you have exercise experience or not and one of our coaches will take you through what makes up CrossFit and give you a suitable sample workout. Then we can determine the best course of action for you.
Learn the fundamentals of CrossFit alongside others who are at the same stage as you. You will quickly build skills and a camaraderie with your peers across 6 sessions and then you are ready for the main classes.

Our classes will offer you a warm welcome and a happy atmosphere to begin your fitness journey.
Our Group Classes run as follows:
6.00am 7.00am, 9.30am, 5.00pm, 6.00pm 7.00pm Monday to Friday
8.00am and 9.00am
The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.
Saturday Mornings are for CrossFit Kids, Juniors and Teens! Small enough to care, big enough for you to grow.
