Membership Pause
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do). Membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
If you’re sure you’d like to Pause, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 1 month written notice as required by your membership agreement (Found at the bottom of the waiver). Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

Example Pause Request
Member A signed up for a monthly commitment at £104/£90 per month having joined. Member A now wishes to cancel.
At the point of submitting the cancellation request form on 12th of the month, Member A is giving their 1 month notice, so they are eligible to pay for the next month. This means that Member A has one more payment to make during months notice. They can still come and train up to the end of the month they have paid for.
