Our expert coaches will guide you through all the required movements in small groups, so you can learn how to lift with confidence and become a leaner, stronger you. But the best part? You'll be surrounded by a community that supports and encourages each other every step of the way.

If you would like to get started earlier or can't make the times/dates then please get in touch and we can try to accommodate you.
​
The first 6 classes will be held on consecutive Tuesday’s, Fridays (7:00pm) and Sunday’s (8:00am). Once you’ve attended those and received the instruction you need, you are ready for the main classes and can pick from 6,7 & 9:30 am 12:10 or 5, 6 & 7pm for the following two weeks as often as you like!
