How do you get started in CrossFit?
There are two available routes for you to choose from:
You can book a FREE taster session whether you have recent exercise experience or not and one of our coaches will take you through what makes up CrossFit and give you a sample workout. Then we can determine the best course of action for you.
The second route is through one of our Beginners Courses where you learn the fundamentals of CrossFit alongside others who are at the same stage as you. You will quickly build skills and a camaraderie with your peers across 6 sessions and then you are ready for the main classes.
