If you’re thinking of trying CrossFit but don’t know if its for you? You could do no better than to try our On Ramp program. Its the perfect introduction and gives you confidence to tackle our routine classes. There are 6 themed sessions all set at a suitable pace. We cover the theory and methodology of CrossFit and take you through all the basic movements. You’ll meet like minded people starting from scratch just like you are and soon discover your shield brothers and sisters.


You’ll discover things you can do that you never imagined. Our group sessions are really group Personal Training with people of all ages and abilities. Everyone has a place to start and we will work around any issues you might have.


We will get you fit for life or your sport or any goal you want to achieve with our comprehensive methodology. You’ll never look back.


After the 6 themed sessions you get two weeks to try unlimited classes and all this for just £85.
