About Me

CrossFit Coach Level 1 and Personal Trainer Level 3. 

I’ve been coaching sports for over 36 years.  I’m a second dan black belt in Shotokan Karate, hold a Level 3 football coaching certificate (UEFA B) and I’ve been training at CrossFit for nearly a decade.  ​

I’m passionate about helping everyone reach their own personal fitness goals whatever their age, fitness level or physical ability.  I work with a wide range of people from first-time exercisers, people looking to recover from injuries to athletes looking to push to their next level of fitness.

Completely renovated facility, fully equipped with cardio equipment, rigs and free weights.  Conveniently located in easy walking distance from the centre of Buntingford, there is also plenty of parking on site.
